lol one of the rules is not to insult this forum. Anyways, you're forum is quite successful. Most likely because it's the first pivot wrestling forum (And because people actually animate XD) I've seen. I would say yes, but I'm not quite sure what good it would do.

Can't say I agree with the fact your forum takes authorization by an administrator. It's a pretty stupid feature to force and should only be used for short periods during emergencies, in my opinion.

Just saying, if you want the place to be really active, I personally suggest removing that.

Actually i have some banned members that keep coming back and trying to spam up the forum they some how get thru the registeration part but not the approval so affiliate or no affiliate

Have you tried banning their IP addresses or their E-mail addresses?
And I'm all for affiliating with the site, not that my opinion matters that much.

A banner and link above the forum? That's probably overdoing it.
