It's an incredibly fun, multiplayer game. I know you can't really set my opinion in stone as I test it and it's my job to praise it, but as a normal player~not a tester~I think it's better than Minecraft. Minecraft has mining and killing mobs, that's pretty much all you have to do. In Terraria, you fight bosses, fend off invasions, try your best to survive the many enemies around you (Not rape them like you can in Minecraft), and the only thing Minecraft has that Terraria doesn't is farming. Which, may I say, Terraria even has a form of it.

Yes, you have to download the Steam client to download Steam things.
