They're both really freakin' short but I see improvement. I think.

i don't have any balls in the house
i had a soccer ball,but we lost it when it flew across a wall in out backyard and onto a busy street :/

An animator once told me to watch how somebody moves while jumping on a bed. The springiness makes it easier to observe the acceleration and deceleration.

i tried my best to make sure i got the foot placement and easing,it turned out good to me but its super slow even at 33 fps :/
CC?

If it's at 33fps, make the space bigger between movements. That may be your problem. The normal animating rate is from 14 through 21. Just make the space bigger when moving. Space = onion skin. That may solve your easing problem, because it still ins't eased.

Keep the body moving in one direction, and when you change, ease it.

This is like a big revolution of your animating, it's a bit to stiff, you need to use more flow, and to move all the joints in every frame, like you make the force of speed and moverment move the outter joints... Sorry for bad explanation.

One giant leap for Beast.

It was a great improvement. Very smooth too! You got easing down, well not completely but you are doing much better. Now just work on realism and fix stiffness. Another easy problem to fix is foot placement. I looked at your feet (for the time they were on the ground) and it was really shaky.

The sword... did it go through the ground?
Make it more 3-D-ish so it won't look like that.
The Chair Flop lacked physics at the beginning and looked awkward. I can't really explain it.

Lacks physics, he just goes flying back on the chair.

As for the Sword, meh.

The main problem I see is the kick. It should be spaced heavier to look more powerful. Your foot placement is slightly off too. Everything else looks pretty good I think.

IMO Low Inter, or high novice,.

As you can tell, I rank easy.
